Dr. Birchenough, his team and his office are the best. I was lucky enough to have my own dad as my dentist for most of my life and I was ridiculously nervous when I lost him. Finding Dr. Birchenough has been a huge blessing. He is kind and gentle, as are his hygienists and assistants. The office staff could not be more helpful. Ease in communication (including text reminders), lovely, homey and soothing office atmosphere and a first appointment that put me at ease. I really cannot say enough about them.

It's not often that I'll write a review for service I've experienced, however, Dr. Birchenough and his staff are well deserving. The very obvious qualities that set this dental practice above the rest become apparent immediately. From scheduling with his clerical staff, right through treatment with the doctor, you'll know you've found a special, and unique care that's not commonly available in todays world. I highly recommend the Dr. Birchenough experience, especially to those seeking high standards that align with their own. This practice is outstanding.

Dr. B and his staff are top notch. From the front end to the back, you won’t find better. Dr. B is incredibly compassionate and thorough. His tech Amber is kind, also thorough, and supportive. They both walk you through what will happen and want your feedback. They aren’t comfortable unless you are. Toss out what you think about dentistry and go see Dr. B and his wonderful team. I promise you’ll be impressed!

Dr. Birchenough is the best dentist in the area. Outstanding service and quality. They believe in preventative care. They got me on a preventative care program that has finally stopped cavities from developing which was a breakthrough for me as I inherited weak teeth. I can't say enough about how professional his team is. They care about their patients and go above and beyond the call of duty. The office atmosphere is calm, relaxing and cheerful. Very pleasant and good people.

Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to! The atmosphere is extremely cozy and the staff have such warm and welcoming personalities. I have been having on and off pain with my teeth for over 8 years now and have previously seen two different dentist who swore there was nothing wrong. During my first visit here, Dr. Birchenough was able to identify and remedy the issue in under 2 minutes!! If I were able to give them more than 5 stars I would! Even if you love your dentist, I bet this office better! You get exceptional and extremely thorough services from people who genuinely care!

The good people at Dr. Birchenough’s office have gone above & beyond for my daughters, one of whom has been through some rather traumatic dental experiences. They’re always so kind, have excellent communication for both parents & patients, keep their offices clean & welcoming, and have the most caring & skillful staff. My family highly recommends Dr. Birchenough & his team, who have proven time & again to be more than capable in their field. Five glowing stars.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The building itself is historic and beautiful. The people there were friendly and kind. They were thorough and explain everything they are doing. Totally open to any and all questions or concerns you have along the way. Completely enjoyable experience.

This was my first time visiting this office, and I’ve always been petrified of the dentist since I was a kid. I explained that to Chelsea, and she was an absolute sweetheart about it. When Dr. Courtney came in, I can honestly say I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dental office. They truly made my visit stress-free. On top of the excellent care, the building itself is one of a kind—so beautiful, and I love the history of it being an old train station!

I must say my experience at this dentist has been a great one. I am terrified of the dentist at my big grown age but needed some work done. The entire staff was amazing 👏, doctor covered every aspect of my appointments while also reassuring me and my anxiety that everything would be okay. The assistant was kind enough to hold my hand as well seeing how nervous I was at my appointment. Hygienist was awesome and has the type of patience I wish you could bottle up and sell! Can't forget LeeAnna, she was awesome at answering all of my questions and honestly our conversation when I first called is what made me decide to give this office a try. I also pay out of pocket for everything and the cost wasn't bad at all! Definitely a great experience would definitely recommend!!!!
